Courtney has been in the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities for 6 years now and has had a hand in multiple positions leading him to his current title of Program Director. He understands all aspects of the job and has held tenure as Program Director for 3 years. Mr. Alexander’s first love is interacting and advocating with and for participants because everyone has the right to be heard. He believes that “A boss manages their employees, while a leader inspires them to innovate, think creatively, and strive for perfection” and this will remain the reason for his success in all endeavors. Courtney has been with Breaking Barriers for 5 years and worked directly with C.E.O Gregory Brown in building breaking Barriers structures.
